Shipping & Returns

Pre-order timeline

The launch lineup ships in July 2026. When you place a pre-order today, we'll email you a confirmation, charge your card, and notify you the day your bag is on its way. If we miss the July ship window for any reason, we'll either ship within 14 days or fully refund your order — your call.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States. Free shipping on every subscription order and any one-time order over $60. Orders ship in compostable, insulated packaging via UPS Ground or USPS Priority — whichever is faster to your zip code.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico: we'll ship there starting fall 2026.

Subscriptions

Manage your subscription from your account page. Skip a delivery, change cadence, swap proteins, pause, or cancel — all in three clicks. No phone calls. No "are you sure?" pop-ups.

Returns

If your dog doesn't like ODO, we'll refund your first bag. Email hello@odopet.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Keep the bag, donate the rest, refund hits your card in 5–7 days.

For unopened bags after the first order: full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong

If your bag arrives damaged, opened, or it's the wrong recipe, email us a photo at hello@odopet.com. We'll send a replacement that day.

Storage

An unopened ODO bag is shelf-stable for 18 months. Once opened, reseal and store at room temperature — use within 6 weeks. No refrigeration required.
